We don’t collect any data from the Cardano Wire App at all, either in the Apple store, or the google play store (Or any other store). Therefor we don’t have any data to share with third parties. The client is design to scan data from the Cardano block chain, download articles from ipfs decentralized storage, and display it to the user. That is it. Its intended to be a simple reader/blockchain explorer focusing on articles and other published content. That is why we don’t need any permissions (except to check if you are on wifi if you don’t want to download articles over your cellular data).
